Most of them started hating her because it is a fact that no one likes to see natural beauty, artificially distorted. Consequently, they start hating people who go in for such procedures and make a bad job of it. Someone even commented about her "egomaniacal presence" on Dancing with the stars. This person was apparently nauseated by her appearance on the show and when he says what she had done to her face, he almost threw up. One comment said that Marie Osmond was behaving like a teenager with her ball-room instructor, and it was evident from the start that she would eventually end up like this. One of the surgeons said that she had got an elevated brow lift and many of his postoperative patients had got a little more than the required elevation in the eye brows, but no one got as extreme as it was in Marie's case. He also reported that it was quite possible that the surgeon released some of the elevation after the public cry of her disaster. But this man expressed hope and wished that she would be fine and in good health over a short period of time.

Luckily for Marie Osmond, her brow lift effects wore down after some time and she became more beautiful. People felt happy for her that she should be her natural self again. It appears that even Marie Osmond was happy that the effects wore down because her face indeed looked much younger and fresher than before. Now, after so much time that has elapsed, it is only people who have no other business to mind spend so much time discussing such trivial issues as Marie Osmond's plastic surgery when they should be doing something much more important.
